JSC "SEC "Astana" informs about the procedure for processing and granting land plots for street trade facilities: General procedure (via auction): Upon completion of the processing and plot formation procedures, the land plot is mandatory put up for electronic bidding (auction). For Socially Vulnerable Categories: If the applicant belongs to the socially vulnerable categories of the population, the processed land plot is not put up for auction and is provided directly to the applicant without participating in bidding. The lease agreement is concluded strictly based on the auction results or on the basis of a confirmed status of belonging to a socially vulnerable category.
