Please bring the following documents with you: Documents common to the service: Title documents for the facility Act of delineation of balance ownership and operational responsibility between the power transmission organization and the consumer, issued to the previous owner Certificate of registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate, valid on the date of application (Form F-2) Submission of an application by an authorized representative (available only when applying at the front office): - Documents confirming the authority of the person who signed the application on behalf of the applicant - Identity document of the authorized representative
